we offer free shipping on all purchases $100 and over!
we are currently only shipping orders within the United States.
though it’s typically faster, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing prior to shipping.
we ship via USPS and shipping typically takes between 3 - 5 business days.
please note that due to the coronavirus pandemic, all shipping carriers are experiencing occasional delays.
we are closed on national holidays, so please allow 1 extra processing day during those times.
we stand behind the products that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order will will do all that we can to make it right.
if you still need to return something, we offer hassle-free returns with a thirty (30) day guarantee on all of our products. just email us at email@example.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back.
**your full order is refundable less a $5 processing fee per item returned and you would be responsible for the cost of return shipping. we appreciate your understanding.
if your product is damaged during shipping we will gladly refund the full purchase price to your original method of payment as long as you notify us within three (3 days) of receiving your item.
while we take pride in the quality of the items that we sell, things happen. should your item be defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org depending upon the defect, we may ask that you return the item to us. in this case we would of course send you a pre-paid return label.
we would then send out a replacement item or refund your purchase in full.
